Currently, Cry Cameroon Ministries [USA] is in the midst of building a new kitchen area at Harvest Children’s Home for preparing food for the children. This building is well on its way to completion and will also house a new dining hall for the children as well as storage space for their food.

In addition to the current kitchen project, the following is a list of short and long term project for Cry Cameroon Ministries [USA]. All projects listed are focused on Harvest Children’s Home.

• Bath and toilet area remodeling for privacy for the older children. (This would take over the current kitchen area for the children and can begin once the new kitchen area is complete.)
• Kitchen remodel for the kitchen in the guest/Admin building (this is not the kitchen used for the children) and build kitchen cabinets for storage and sanitation (these cabinets would store food for visitors, staff, and the children’s food).
• Additional cabinet storage for children to store their dishes.
• Study desk and chairs for homework area in Admin building. (The older children need a place to do their homework without the interruptions from the younger children.)
• Playground equipment (onsite construction)
• Additional lighting and tile floor for Admin homework area
• Landscape for mud and dust abatement
• Fence around compound (HCH). (May be done in stages with mission trip teams providing the labor).
